http://www.raspberrypi.org/The Raspberry Pi was launched today and apparently sold out in a couple hours, bringing down the sales server while it was at it. I'm looking at two once they come back in stock.
For those of you who weren't keeping track, it's $25 credit-card sized, system-on-a-chip computer. Personally speaking, it's a step up from the Arduinos, especially for the more software minded. If you haven't heard of it, check it out; it's the techie's ultimate toy.
But this brings me to the real question at hand? If you're like me, you see a world of possibilities, but it's hard to really come up with solid applications; my mind is swimming with the idea of computering all the things.
First thought is to get a very portable linux box. Slap it on the back of a small monitor? A robot?
But, I ask you...
What would you do with a Raspberry Pi?
