I didn't want to derail the Help me from Evil thread, but thought it noteworthy that Cheese has started to post in cheese-colored text, also including cheese-colored images. May your cheese never grow black, or we wouldn't know what you are saying.

So that's what it was.

That probably explains my latest cravings of Singles/Cheese Wiz sandwiches.

Duuuuude,

I was just going to make a thread. Actually I'll still make it anyway.
But for the record, the budgie picture was a coincidence... a delicious coincidence.
And I like playing with the colored font.

Weeeeeee

mmmm delicious coincidences....

I bought some mozzarella and tonight I melted some on toast to make a "broiled cheese" (get it??). It was possibly one of the best things I've ever done. I could only imagine what a storm of mozzarella would be like...

you know, i've been eating a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches lately.

I like to put the pan on first, just under the highest setting, and then put the bread and shredded cheese and cover it. the shredded cheese melts quickly, and the bread
actually burns a bit. it's got a campfire taste. mmm.

Man, y'all are making me hungry.

Either that, or I just haven't had breakfast yet.

Haha Brilliant HanClinto

I vote we turn this CheeseStorm thread into a thread about cheese. All in favour/flavour?

I thoroughly enjoy cooking with cheese, but I've only started my cheese quest recently so I can't do much. I DID finally figure out how to make cheese spaghetti though. Turning point in my life

hot buttered toast with Parmesan (and garlic powder, if you want) on top does the trick. It's like garlic bread for breakfast.

Ooooo I've done that actually. Good stuff. Actually my first time i screwed it up. I wanted to make garlic toast so I tried just broiling it with the garlic powder/salt and butter but of course it only worked for the top.

I think I want to try cooking with some alternative cheeses now actually. Any ideas? I was thinking Havarti or Jarlsberg?

Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, in any of the wonderful flavors, but especially cheddar.

Haven't had any for years...

that's Israel for you.
