Nice video, I liked the music and I liked the footage you showed for each game ( I am pleased that too many glaring glitches didn't show in the Archibald clip, haha ).
Though, I don't remember there being any 3D games being in the 2006 speedgame...I thought they only started popping up in 2007.

Thanks Lava, I was a bit surprised at some of the entries as well.  I finished extracting the 2007 files last night, I'm going to be fairly busy this week but I'm hoping to have it done by the end of the weekend.

I finished recording myself playing the 2008 entries. I'm going to try to keep it a bit shorter this time around with more variating clips of gameplay. Hopefully I'll have it edited and uploaded tonight. If anyone has suggestions based off the last two videos on what you'd like to see post it here.

The times when you made relatively rapid cuts (< 5 seconds of gameplay) work pretty well. Some games are interesting to watch for longer cuts, but other games with a slower progression benefit from when you've done a larger number of smaller cuts. Great work so far, Mack!!! I was surprised to see some that I didn't remember -- I think that was the first year that I didn't play all of the entries. It was great to see all of them!
