I know a handful of you guys have seen this stuff on the IRC channel, but for those of you who haven't... SMASHMUCK CHAMPIONS is a wacky fast paced gladiatorial combat game! Shazam! Scope out the radical new arena for SMASHMUCK CHAMPIONS! Its home to one of our exciting and unique game modes. I'm hoping I can talk more about that soon because its got an extra thick slab of zazz on top of all the arcade arena goodness you're expecting.
Anyway, painted this in photoshop in a little over a day. Feel free to ask questions if you've got em.

Is this the thing that the characters you've occasionally been posting in the "Talk is Cheap" thread are for?
P.S. Threads like this really get killed by IRC, don't they? This is why the forum feels so dead half the time - all the regulars have already said their stuff behind the scenes.

WHOA! I am so pumped about these Destroyer characters! Doodled them up over a couple days at the office and am lucky enough to get to show them off almost immediately. I won't bother reposting the official description of the gametype here, its on the facebook, go scope it if you're curious. SMASHMUCK features 4 total gametypes which is 200% more than League of Legends, AND you get to battle on totally new arenas, not the same stale DoTA maps you're used to. I'll post a little bit more about how I painted them in my Concept thread in the Art Forum. Link to follow I guess  . _________________ --

Hey guys! I just posted this preview of one of our arenas yesterday on the SMC Facebook. If you haven't liked our page already go do it! Also, we're adding testers like crazy so if you want a chance to play sign up (PC or MAC users!) The pics a combination level art and paintover; we're putting the final touches on it so I needed to make sure everybody was on the same page in terms of the last few details. This Gametype, Destroyer, is one of our most popular as well as one of the most unique in the genre. Tons of fun, hope you guys check it out! _________________ --
