I am somewhere between Internal, Games, and Throw Away.
I develop Games in a Internal fashion until it works then I worry about the other scenarios(if I get that far before having a major rewrite, rewrites happen frequently).

Throw away describes most of my editors in that they have been thrown away at almost every major engine update. It also describes a program that I made it combination with my first big program(A Sudoku solver) The throw away program generated a dictionary with all the possibilities for a single line of the Sudoku.
