Thank you very much for the review Bugala. I appreciate that you took the time to make it, and thanks for pointing out the bugs you found. Those are some great ideas to improve the game, especially about the multiplayer component, I'll have to experiment with the view screens. :D The later levels we...
Mene-Mene: It varies from time to time with the activity of our family's connection. Sometimes 100 mb is alright other times it's more trying to avoid dowloading anything at all. I'm not usually apprised of it's day to day condition. I'll probably be able to try all the 2D ones, just not the 3D games.
Yeah it's not quite finished. At least it wasn't when I uploaded it. I've been tinkering with it since then ironing out a lot of the bugs and adding a few things I wanted to put in.
Sorry I should've mentioned how to send the refugees into the tower in the readme.
Just playtested the game today (in my haste I was unable to do so before uploading) turns out I missed a couple whoppers of glitches, one of which prevents the player from progressing to the other six levels. :P Oh well, maybe after it's all over I'll post the updated version. :) Oh. And here are sc...
Thanks for fixing the link. Yeah all the art is done ourselves. Diroh did most of the graphics used in the background environment, and I did the characters.
Okay, my Dad heard I was having problems uploading it and he figured out a way. It's up now. But I'm not at all sure how to link it so it might not work. :P Link I believe is: http://www.christiandevs.com/cdnspeedgames11/Micha/ApocalypseTowerofRefuge1.zip" target="_blank Apocalypse: Tower of Refuge ...
Oi... failed to finish it in time. Got it ten minutes over the deadline and even then I couldn't figure out how to upload or link to it at the last minute. Sorry Diroh.
I've been tinkering a little on concept art but not much. Mostly I've been focusing on the artificial intelligence... with limited success. I can get the objects to interact, getting them to act autonomously is the trick.
And sorry Lava, we don't have anything ready to put screenshots of yet.
I've tried toothpaste and it helped... a little on cds. My dad got something called the DVD Doctor. Surprisingly it works really good, as long as the scratches aren't too deep. It even helped one of our Wii disks run again. There are versions of it meant specifically for games or other discs though....
The white sword makes it easier to beat things, but it's not essential. All it does is double the damage your sword does. And i makes it so you can hurt those annoying things in the water that shoot at you.
