I ran into a slight problem. You see we use rotating banners and I don't exclusively use project wonderful and because of this my account was constantly getting deactivated and reactivated when their robots checked on my site. Until I can commit to doing project wonderful full time I disabled my ad. :\ It's a great concept and it is a good way to do some free advertising (2 day maximum on $0 bid sites)

Haven't been able to get anything done/started lately. So I went back to this old model tried to re-topo it for the 2th time. Expecting to fail at rigging mostly due to the mesh, I just want to use it to practice texture creation.

Recently made a silverlight sudoku solver. I was hoping to make a little money from it through advertising but it is quite hard to get advertising for a site that isn't public yet for some reason. Also I was planning to keep the page the solver was on simple to help with the hosting costs so the ad network web crawlers can't get enough text for their liking. Working on getting a fuller website that will link to the sudoku solver page and keep things lite that way. It will also open up options for my future ideas.

I decided recently that I needed to get a website going to host my projects so I sat down today to create a mockup off the home page of that site. I was going for a futuristic underground type look. Not sure how well I pulled that off. I also included my brand characters. I know that the characters images may need tweaking but I was putting this together quickly so I just used the images I had already done.

Here it is


please give me your thoughts on it.
Edit: I noticed that the buttons in the middle section were a bit redundant so I replaced them with text in my new version. The effect of using text works well for the type of site I am going for. The new version with that change won't be posted here at this point as it would be too revealing though in someways that is the point.

it's hard for everyones schedule to alighn for a 2-3 week challenge, maybe like a 3 month challenge, but more in depth?

for example add more aspects to judging. should result in better products?

better title page, more story, less glitches, hopefully all useable in browser and not the download version, better graphics, maybe more animation? and a little more complex.

i know in 3 months (really 1 month-3 weeks) i can make an entire city 3d (20-40 buildings type) and oviously what else needs to be 3d... the coders have a hard time keeping up though

Here's an update to my werebear model. I changed around the face a lot, and added a pretty fast and dirty fur to it to see how it will look. I'm about ready to start retopologizing it.

Hey Guys. Like I said on my speedgame page that I would try to be more active on this site, so I decided to post one of my newest projects. It's a game I made from gamemaker. It is called The Blob Game. It's a game where you play a blue blob, and you have to make it through each level facing a new challenge each time. The point of the game is to make it through each level without getting hit by other blobs. The first few levels are extremely easy, but it gets quite challenging throughout the game.

Haha, you're exactly right about the werebear having to be adjusted to the already existing werewolf skeleton in Skyrim. Since building custom skeletons and animations for the game are still undiscovered, most custom creature mods are still limited to making new meshes to existing skeletons.

I also will be adding a lot of fur planes to the mesh, giving it that bulk that it needs. I really wanted to get the werebear's musculature down first to establish the basic direction of the different planes of fur. And since the werewolf has a lot of hairless bits, I might play around with the idea of hairless bits on the werebear too.

I knew something didn't feel right with the head. I guess I won't know for sure until I start adding those much needed fur planes, but I'll definitely widen that face until it starts to feel more bear-like.
